The services provided at Premier Fitness & Weight Loss are all centered on helping you achieve your goals. They all address the four core requirements of becoming a healthy, fit, happy person. Fitness, Nutrition, emotional well being and personal responsibility are all elements of what you will learn through your time with us. Whether you’re in need of a more comprehensive plan, or just wanting to get a kick-start we can help!

  • Personal Training

    We offer one on one training by a certified personal trainer in our state of the art private facility. While you’re learning we feel it is important for you to be able to focus on you without the distractions that exist in a large crowded gym. Our fitness studio provides everything you need, including specialized equipment not available anywhere else in the Puget Sound. We will also incorporate exercises that you will be able to do at home making it as easy a transition as possible.

  • Small Group Fitness Classes

    These group classes consist of no more than 5 and are a really great way to meet others that are on the same path. Class activities consist of circuit training with various exercises designed to be challenging yet fun. All fitness levels can participate in these classes.

  • Meal Planning and Preparation Classes

    We all lead very busy lives and it can be understandable why so many turn to whatever is quick and easy when it comes to nutrition. While hitting a drive thru or throwing something in the microwave is very convenient, it is a huge part of the problem for many. It doesn’t have to be hard to eat healthy. We will teach you how to plan and organize your daily meals making it become just part of your routine.

  • Session With a Registered Dietician

    When you are looking to change your health by changing the way you eat and increasing your physical activity, proper nutrition is a must. Registered dieticians specialize in teaching and guiding you through what can be a tricky subject. Today we are bombarded with products that are loaded with hidden dangers. We will break it down for you and create a nutritional plan that will be enjoyable and easy to follow.

  • Session With a Counselor

    Sometimes we eat for emotional reasons. It is critical to understanding what our emotional eating triggers are and how to deal with them effectively. Counselors specializing in eating behaviors can help uncover these issues and guide you through the process of change.

  • Support Group Meetings

    Significant weight loss produces dramatic changes in your life. However, if nothing is changed to your brain and how you think long term success is limited. We know changes are difficult, but are not unique. Staying connected with others who have gone through this can guide you through these changes.

    Weight loss support groups are key for long-term success. Premier Fitness & Weight Loss offers free weekly meetings to anyone participating in a program. Meetings are designed to be fun, interactive and educational.
